What do you actually do?

I often have fun when people ask how business is going as they then go on to say something along the lines of “What do you ACTUALLY do?”

Life Coaching, what, how, life coach, Clare WildmanIt’s a great question as 10 years in it’s still not really easy to explain. The basics are simple. I talk to people and ask them questions to help them work out what they want in life and how they can move forward to make that happen. How does that actually work? Well it depends on many different variables. The person I’m helping, what they want to achieve, the skills and experiences that they have had in their life so far.

Sometimes it might feel like chatting to a friend, sometimes like you are on the hot seat….

One thing for sure though – I’ll not be telling you what to do, you’ll be the one in charge, the one to do the real work. It’s your life, not mine.

How would it be for you? Well the best way is to find out for yourself and that’s why I offer the Gift Introduction Session of up to 2 hours. You get to see if coaching could help you and if I’d be the right coach to work with. Don’t worry if you find it’s not for you there is absolutely no obligation to carry on, many of the people who follow this page would be able to tell you that is the case. Some might be able to tell you that is all they needed and (I’ve been told) many find that the things we’ve discussed continue to help them for years to come.

If you are one of those people and are happy to share please leave a review on Freeindex, Google or Facebook. I’m sure it would be helpful to anyone who is feeling a bit nervous about taking that first step.

So if you’d like to find out ‘What do you actually do?’ why not give it a try and book an Introduction Gift Session now?
