The lyrics of songs are always great as a motivational tool and these really work for me.  I love the idea that we ‘own’ change.  We can always start with ourselves and look to lead or inspire others.  This really puts the power into our own hands.

So what will you change over the coming days, weeks, months and years?  I’m off to have a look in the mirror and answer that one myself.
