Self-awareness, confidence and self-esteem

Self-awareness, Confidence and Self-esteem

Over the last few years I have come to realise how important it is for us to know and understand ourselves, to be comfortable in our own skin.  Once you have a better understanding of who you really are, you are ready to move forward.  Is your image of yourself your own or that which has been handed to you by others?  How much do you really understand yourself? Self-awareness, confidence and self-esteem could be the key to your future.

Confidence

I have seen first hand that there are so many people who don’t fully appreciate what they have to give to others or to themselves.  They maybe lacking in confidence when it comes to talking to new people, they often feel that others are confident where they are not and though they appreciate a hand held out to them in support they don’t feel that others would value their own offer.

From personal experience I can tell you that all the people I have met have a great deal to offer: kindness, compassion, fun, laughter, skills and knowledge a plenty and the huge value that comes from sharing experiences in an open and honest manner.

Self-awareness, confidence and self-esteemSelf-awareness

I have been following a journey of understanding in this area myself.  I have come to realise that things that seem easy to me are like climbing a mountain for others.  Likewise the things I struggle with are a breeze for some and a few minutes of guidance and support can change the way I go about things completely and suddenly the impossible becomes possible.

Self-esteem

By building our awareness of ourselves, remembering to celebrate our successes and the things we do well, it is possible to build confidence and self-esteem, and to know where we are on our personal development journey. To understand what we can achieve today and what may be possible tomorrow, next week or next year.

Life coaching can be used to help you understand yourself better as you are right now and to help you to evolve into the best version of you that you can be.  Develop your self-awareness and build your confidence and self-esteem.
