Time after time you’ll hear me talking about taking small steps, it really does make change easier for many people and it is one of my personal favourites. I apply it in many areas including making food and exercise changes, cleaning the house, decluttering and other tasks that I find less than easy.
Today I’m going to be making lists of small changes that I want to make it my life over the next couple of months. This has come about through all the reflection that I’ve been doing recently and in some areas I’ve already made a start.
I’ll be using Google keep to store my lists. I love this way of creating tick lists and it makes them readily available on my laptop, tablet and phone. For things that I want to do on a daily basis I can uncheck the ticks at the start/end of the day and start all over again.
I’ve made a start but need to move on and do something else for a while. This is something I’ll need to add to and review on a regular basis. Feeling positive about this.
