Time to review the next section in my 2019 Self.

Family and friends

This has gone really well. We’ve continued to keep up with friends and family in a variety of ways and those we haven’t been able to see we’ve been trying to arrange something. We even booked a week up north camping so we could see people but unfortunately the rain meant we packed up early and had to miss some of those we’d planned to see. Our catch ups have included meals out, picnics, visiting and breakfasts. There is a strong eating theme though and as we are both piling on the lbs we are looking to make it more about the chatting and maybe about going to new and interesting places together. I’ve even been able to catch up with some of the girls I went to secondary school with which was a real bonus.

The only element that I’d not be able to score highly particularly is ‘Laughter’, though there has been plenty of fun. As I reflect on this I realise that I don’t actually laugh a lot. It’s not that I’m not happy and I think it’s just the way that I am. I do know that if I do have a full on laughing session it often ends in tears, and not the happy kind (I’m not sure why this is but I remember being like it as a child).

So all in all this is one area where I feel particularly pleased.

About Clare Wildman

YES! I’ve found my purpose in life and it’s to help others to change their life. At some level I’d always known that, I just didn’t know how. Guess how I found out? That’s right I went to a Life Coach and found that coaching was the answer to my own life change and that of others.
